Through this program we help rep/advisors recognize their unique abilities and help them implement a plan to delegate other tasks so they can maximize their time doing what they are uniquely good at. In this program we also help our rep/advisors implement the historically successful endowment model for their client portfolios. A Kalos practice management expert will work with you to keep you on track, check your progress, and provide follow up coaching every 12 weeks.
For advisors interested in building or increasing their fee based business, we have a full day education and coaching program offered quarterly.
Through this program, sponsored by National Financial Services, our clearing firm, rep/advisors can take advantage of large discounts off the regular price of products and services from the industry’s leading vendors. A majority of our top producing rep/advisors are using seminars as a means of prospecting and gathering new assets. At Kalos, part of our training involves demonstrating how to conduct more profitable seminars and workshops.
